FICA change of address

<p>Into the bank, all my documents, change my address, told it's done and a month later my bank statement is emailed to me with the old address. Phone Standard, yes it's on the system but the teller at the bank does not change it on the statement????? What is the point then? If I have changed my address and need my bank statement as proof of anything (such as my husband's estate being done) how does this help?? I just can't get my head around it - I have to wait now for the IT Dept at Standard.... and then maybe next month have the new address on the statement.. again... how does this help me today?</p>
