Baile Kgomo, Business Banker at Standard Bank Menlyn Square was very helpful regarding FICA requirements on our accounts until I've send all necessary documents in order to Fica our accounts on 24th February 2016. I am still waiting for reply on my mail send to her on the 24th of February 2016.<br> i have received an SMS on the 2nd of March 2016 stating that our account will be frozen, i have e-mailed Baile and still no response.<br> i have received another SMS on 13th of April 2016 stating that our account is at risk of being frozen.<br> i have send Baile an e-mail to please respond after i phoned BizDirect ***on 14th of April 2016, I've been cut off and no call back<br> , i am still waiting for response.<br>
