fees and chargeres
I requested for my cheque account to be closed last year and all of a sudden im getting calls from some collections company claiming that I owe standard bank over 4000??? when I ask the agents as to what this is for they say its monthly fees and unauthorized debit orders going off. im not liable for fees on that account as I wanted it closed, when we calculated with one of there agents she told me that im only liable for around 850 on that account, please reverse the charges so I can pay the 850 and close that account AGAIN?
