Feeling ****** by a bank I trusted

On the 20th April 2015, as I was doing my grocery shopping at festival mall, kempton park with a 10months baby in my hands my hand bag was ****** somehow from me and I only noticed when I had to pay that I didn't have a bag anymore. 1st thing I thought was to stop my bank cards and a ran to the bank Standard to do that. Hysterical as I was I went in and stopped the cards. Mi ID, Drivers licence, car keys, note 3 samsung gone and all. With some help from a lady I was able to call my husband who came 3hrs later with the spare key of the car and to the police I went, opened a case and went home. To my surprise when I went internet banking my cheque and credit card were cleaned out. I called standard bank and after a week of their investigation they told me they will not reimburse a cent as im a victim of crime. Ive been a standard bank customer for years and I still dont understand how they carried out these investigation nor how ****s were able to withdraw using my pin if I didnt have it written anywhere. Im not satisfied with how they handled me as a customer and the response I got from them.

I need answers and am hoping you help me, considering overdrafts that I am left with.
