Feeling left abandoned I'm my time of need :(

I am extremely disappointed by the service I received from Standard Bank Insurance brokers , I have been on leave in Cape Town since the 19th of December 2015. <br> <br> <br> MY ISSUE STARTS HERE:<br> <br> My wife phoned Standard Bank insurance brokers in the morning at about 8h30 who informed her that we have a R 2000 emergency fund available but that they will not despatch any handyman to fix the door. I am 1200 kms away from home on holiday and had to incur costs amounting to R 6000 to fly up on the 24th December 2015 to secure a <br> <br> handy man to fix the damage and flew back the same evening late.<br> <br> <br> I find this extremely bad its the same to say you have a medical aid but if you are in a accident 2000 kms away from home go and find your own ambulance and hospital , we will only supply the funds it really does not add
