feedback still not received in promised period

I am seriously unhappy with how my loan ammendment has been handled, no1 at your bank seems to care how you are inconvenincing your clients, because you promise a 3to5 days waiting period for feedback...Meaning that the 5th day is really a stretch. But my application even thou I have been following up everyday since the start of the 3days. No1 seems to care. How can it be that it is the 5th day today and my ammendment still has not been done. And now when I call for the 10th time I get told the department stops working at 4:30. Seriously, you can't even try to assist me at 4:35 even thou you are at fault? I am very Dissapointed with you guys. If you cannot deliver in 3 today's like you promise then don't even make the promise. I made arrangements with the lawyers based on your promise and yet no1 seems to care. I have been a customer to this bank for almost 15years now and because i loved the banks so muck i didnt even try to apply at other banks. So my application will now be done in more than 5days that wer promised. And now the lawyers will say I'm Wasting their time. Or better yet, my house will be taken by someone else. Very Dissapointed.
