went to JHB to get a quote for paying off student loan, the branch advised that they do not have Student Loan contact number and the call was logged on the system with the reference number ***. Nobody responded to this call. I then called the contact centre and they sent me the statement and I was referred to mystudentloanJHB@standardbank to request the quote to date I still have not received the quote as requested. yesterday I called the contact centre again, Cynthia told me to go to the branch again and I told her that I will not be going to the branch since I have been there before and I was not helped. R429 is a lot of money to part with every month, please send me the quotations as requested.
