feedback on my car settlement

My car has been repossessed in march 2015. I got a first call from standard bank consultant on the 29 April 2015. I was told that I owe R71,484.90 after the sales of the car. I received the letter from the post office which have settlement outstanding of R74,545.68. When I do my recon, I only owe standard bank R14,094.00. I have sent numerous email to consultant to speak to their line manager, for us to agree on one figure. so that I can start paying. First email was sent on the 02 June 2015 to Zandile Khumalo and Patience Kubheka.the other one on the 17 June 2015, on the 30 June I forwarded the email to a Lady by the name of Funanani. Who said will sent the email to the line manager. The very same day I got an email from Funanani copying other peoples saying she forwarded the matter to the line manager. I sent another email on the 9 July just a follow up as I haven't received any feedback. I stated on the email that should it happen that I don't get respond by Tuesday the 14 July I will definitely take a further step. I sent another email requesting respond or feedback on the 15 July 2015. But nothing happened. This issue its reflecting bad on my credit profile. I want to pay.
