Feedback delays in selling house
We are in the process of selling our house. Our transfer attorneys have been ready to lodge our transfer transaction in the Deeds Office, for over a week now. However, they have been waiting for consent from Standard Bank Cancellations Attorneys, since 4 May. They have not received any feedback. As the transaction was already delayed by the lock-down, this further delay by Standard Bank is not acceptable. Our clearance certificates are only valid until the end of the month. Can you please assist our attorneys urgently?
