Fee charged for a service not requested

The bank has debited my business account R480 for what they claim is an \OVERDRAFT REVIEW FEE:COMM". I have a minimal (R100) OD limit which I never requested. I have never been overdrawn. I never requested any such review. I have never been charged for this in the past and I have had the account since 1999. In my opinion"
