I would like to bring to Attention of Standard bank that a fee has been deducted every month which is not legal. I have to go to Customer care every time and then wait ten days, after that they reverse the fee. it is called My update fees, I have spend several time on the Customer care at the bank to report this then they lock a call and after 10days it gets reversed.

they don't stop this fee it keep going of my account and I would like to report it now as a matter of urgency.
