FEE

Good day,<br> <br> I have had it with this bank! Always taking and never giving!<br> <br> I was using my app on my phone to make my monthly payments and erroneously paid my Edgars account with my credit card. When i noticed the error i immediately transferred the funds into my credit card which was the next day. I noticed a fee R11.50 for the transaction and called card division and explained to them what happened. I was just told that they don't reverse fees. The person didn't even try to assist!! No empathy for their clients...I'm actually the idiot for still banking with them.
