FED UP WITH STD BANK
lets see if i can get a response from std bank on this platform....
1 year ago I did alterations to my garage to convert it to a flatlet and I build a bathroom on...I have the COC for the electrical and the COC for the gas stove and gas geyser..my plans are ALSO approved by the council..so I did was is expected and I informed std bank to come reevaluate my property for insurance purposes... I have email ..I have phoned I have threatened to cancel my policy with them ...no luck no response...al I get is my current insurance documents,,,then on Tuesday I get a sms saying that the evaluator was at my gate ...no one opened so he left.. ...HE SHOWED UP WITHOUT A APPOINTMENT..SEEING THATG WE AS MOST PPL IN THE COUNTRY WORK DURING THE DAY ..AND I FIND HIS STATEMENT A LIE ,,AS MY MOTHER IN LAW IS HOME AS SHE STAYS IN THE FLAT...I HAVE BEEN RESPECTFULL AND PATIENT IN MY CORRESPONDINCE TOWARDS STD BANK ..... I WOULD PLEASE GET A SOMEONE THAT CAN ACTUALY SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH TO PHONE OR EMAIL ME ..I HAVE KEPT ALL MY EMAILS AS PER MY REQUEST SO IF SOMTHING IS TO HAPPEN AT MY HOUSE...STD WILL BE LIABLE TO REPAIR THE BUILDING ... ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL MY INSURANCE PLEASE ...

I AM GIVING YOU TIME TILL END OF BUSSINESS FRIDAY..THEN I WILL BE CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER FOR MY BOND AND DEDUCTED THE 450 FOR INSURANCE AND EFT THE BALANCE FOR MY BOND PAYMENT...SEEING AS I GET NO REASPONCE OR HELP FROM TSHILIDZI MULAUDZI
