Fed up with Standard bank

I have a policy for a while now and my debit order was put for after the 25 . Since Nov last year I'm being debited before my salary comes in . I emailed to have it sorted and nothing was done about it.This is very frustrating and I'm ready to cancel my policy if this isn't resolved this month
