Fed up with extra charges from standard bank

Another month and still being charged a cash finance charge by standard bank credit card, and credit protection fee that does not add up. No contact from them since june 14th to resolve this issue of my query. Aswell my accoubt was paid up in full at the end of may, i used my card in June for a minor transaction, which is supposed to be 55 days interest free, which is actually a lie. Standard bank dont respond because they cannot keep there contractual agreements to customers
