I opened an account with Std Bank recently and I'm just having endless struggles. I expected my account to be fully set up but I am not receiving SMSs and after updating my account at Cresta, I am still not able to activate my Ucount card. This has been a struggle since I got the card and I've escalated this so many times. It's not worth the damn discount I get on my bond honestly. I'd rather just switch back to Capitec.
