Favouritism

Standard bank protea glen mall is horrible when it comes to service. It is understandable that with the current covid-19 regulations we need to practice social distancing meaing less people in the bank at a given time. When we on a queue the security would put in his friends or people who beg politely to be let in and people who are to open accounts like loans would get first priority as they benefit from those and we have to wait for almost 2 hours just to collect a card. Definitely never coming back to this branch
