Father investment never paid as our records.

<p>Good day<br />I have an inquiry about my late father's investment that according to our records was not paid after he passed. He past in 1996 and we are trying to get assistance for a real long time now (For years).</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I had people that say that they are looking into it and for more than a month i get no reply from them. They are just ignoring my e-mails.I have the conversation history on e-mail up to where they are just ignoring me.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />My Ref: ********** 546. My e-mails went to ECRU,Sharon Dube and Leroy Cohen and i do not get any reply from them.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Who can please assist me?</p> <p>I can not see how an organisation as big as Standard bank can be so unprofessional to just ignore an inquiry.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Please assist</p>
