Far, far too clever & eager for words!

What on earth is wrong with you people? Why did you change the PIN on my debit card when I never asked you to do so?

All I did was to change my Internet banking password and you people take that as a sign that you should change my PIN. You are so funny. Not. There is no obvious warning anywhere that says if you change your login password, your card PIN is automatically changed.

Your ill-advised BS has caused me unnecessary hardship. If I want to change the PIN, I am forced to visit a branch, stand in a queue and deal with some dull-witted and lethargic dolt, an enormous and infuriating waste of my time and nerves.

So now I order you to change it back to what it was before you got oh-so-clever, or I will write a stinking letter to your CEO and the banking ombudsman about your unilateral, uninvited, ham-fisted and intensely annoying actions.

And take note that I do not care a whit about your internal policies and procedures if they cause this sort of unnecessary to-do, okay? So don't dare contact me with anything other than apologetic compliance.

I trust that the above is clear enough.
