Fantastic Service- Ayanda Mnguni
Your consultants are not always great, but hey... Cannot be switching banks and learning new processes everyday.
But this morning I was served by Ayanda Mnguni. She was was fantastic. Superlatives seize to extent my level of gratitude for the wonderful service I got from her. She made sure that my internet banking and APP are up and running, even though we ran into a lot of issues in making it work, she remained professional and patient until the issues was fixed. Even when my line got cut (well it's not that I ran out of airtime since I am on itemised billing- Just putting it out there :) )she called back and assisted me together with Morris.
More consultants like her would do. Keep it Up. Happy New Year
