Dear Standardbank Please send my words of gratitude to Gino du Plessis at standardbank SBIB . He assisted me with my insurance query , he was polite and proffesional and managed to pick up an error on my claim. He promised to escalate and revert back to me. People like him are an asset to standardbank.
I really appreciate his asistance. Keep up the good work Gino
