Fantastic Client Service

firstly I'm hopeless when it comes to banking things. I have had the most fantastic experience with a consultant from standard bank Bedford Gardens a gentleman called Brian, deserves a BELLS...he is the most patient, kind, understanding, polite, person. he was assisting me with opening an account and man he went all out for me and was actually very sensitive and willing to understand that im not into a lot of banking things but kept reassuring and telling me what his doing all the time..I would like to say thank you and tell him that because of him i have considered getting the app..lol to make life much easier. Thank you Brian you really made it simple and fast.
