Falsely accused of non payment of the loans
I have loans with standard bank and because of this covid-19 I app**** for payment holiday and was approved but to my surprise standard bank handed me to their lawyers for non payment. Can you help me with an advice on how to sue them for false accusations, defamation, pain and frustration
