“False Public Communication by Standard Bank”
Good day Standard Bank,
Thank you for your response.
However, I must note that to date, no one from Standard Bank management has contacted me regarding this ongoing issue, despite multiple emails and follow-ups from my side. The matter remains unresolved, and there has been no update, no reference number, and no direct communication from the relevant department. HMTS Group kindly requests urgent feedback from a senior manager who can address this matter properly and provide a final resolution.
Regards, Henry Smith HMTS Group

05 Dec 2025, 04:56 I received another call from Mercy Hulscher, Standard Bank – Business Banker (Enterprise Portfolio, COJ3).
I informed her clearly that phone calls do not assist me, as I require all communication in writing for accuracy and accountability. I am often on-site and unable to speak, and verbal communication can easily lead to misunderstandings or incorrect statements being attributed to me. During the call, Mercy acknowledged that Standard Bank has had internal issues. I requested that higher management contact me directly in writing, as this matter has been ongoing for some time and continues to affect my business operations. Instead of escalating the issue as requested, she stated that she would “drop the call,” and ended the conversation. I have a recording of this interaction for my records. HMTS Group will continue to make these incidents public until senior management addresses the unresolved complaints properly. Business owners should not be placed in a situation where legitimate concerns remain unanswered, or where they are contacted in a manner that does not allow proper engagement or documentation. Further action and updates will follow.
