False promises False emails No trust Standardbank

Its been dissappointing what ive been through with Standard Bank. On 26th March ive app**** for Covid relief after a long stress period of asking begging phoning etc. Wrong numbers given wrong emails received wrong sms received i was advised the covid relief was approved. Today an lawyer called to say i have been handed over. Why would the bank fo this in a pandemic the whole SA is in. Did they not read the news or watch tv? This just state that stamdardbank doesnt care they just want money where is the care for clients. Im a prestige banker my banker were not allowed to help me and referred me to Debt Care Centre. I then want all my prestige banking fees paid back to me due to high volumes of applications my answer was delayed and now handed over. My credit is affected and this through an bank which i chose. I need to chose better and move my prestige account. From emails on a sunday and no reply i tried to phone and still nothing. This morning i was told they have received the wrong email and apologise. And the client ? Its easy to say sorry and then still hand the client over ? Be careful of standardbank from an trying client
