FALSE PROMISE

I have been patient with standard bank, waiting for a false promise since friday lanst week when i send my complain of funds not clearing, i was told funds were found and there wasno software engineer to release payment immedietely, and end og the day on friday i receive a mail saying that payment is done normally and i should expect payment to clear on monday since im banking with standard bank,today is tuesday and there is no sign of money, when i call in nobody understand the case, and a person i spoke to want to gather information to start the case afresh, im so confused with how standard bank function , the person who was assisting me is nowhere to be found and not responding her email her name is NALEDI MOLEMO, I need those funds today please is not like im using external bank
