FALSE MARKETING

I received a text marketing message from Standard to increase my overdraft by R10,000. The lady called me and the overdraft was approved. Thereafter she emailed me the document. My previously approved overdraft had an interest rate of prime. The interest rate on my new increased overdraft has now been increased to 17%. I emailed the lady and told her to reverse the transaction as it adds no value. She did so but has left the interest rate at 17%. How does that improve the life of customers? FALSE MARKETING IS PATHTEIC! Don't offer the service if you can't improve on the service! This has now set me back
