FALSE JUDGEMENT FROM STANDARD BANK TO TRANSUNION

I came in on Thursday 18th October to sort out a judgment that Standard Bank has falsely but against my name. I was informed by my back that there was a judgment and arrear amount. I looked on my August STD bank statement, and it said arrears. When I phoned Standard Bank, No one Could assist me, I could not get through to TransUnion either.

After spending over 2 hours in Clearwater mall branch I was assured this would get sorted out and removed from Transunion, and that I would get contacted, this would take 7 day. I am still waiting for the branch manager to contact me and inform me that this has been sorted out.

Its now 9 working days, and I have still heard NOTHING from Standard Bank.

This is absolutely shocking, my credit score has been affected by this, and I am now struggling to get credit, because of an error done by Standard Bank and no fault of mine.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN ARREARS ON THIS RCP LOAN. The consultants in the bank kept saying that i am "no longer in arrears" however, I WAS NEVER IN ARREARS. This was false information sent to Transunion.

I want to apply for a homeloan but do not even qualify for a credit card with my bank BECAUSE OF THIS FALSE JUDGEMENT

Not even an apology for the inconvenience

Fuming mad and upset
