False information given

Good day,on Saturday 21/08 at around 13h15, I received a call from your acquisition department called by Kgomotso congratulating me advising me that I won competition I entered online and I must contact my local radio station on how to get the price.I contacted Jozifm on Monday 23/08 since I entered competition through them and they advised my name was not on the list.He called me from this number ***.I tried calling the number I keep getting cut off. Kindly advise as I was told I won but no details from the station I entered through. The competition name is Zaka Mondays run through radio stations. I called again spoke to Godfrey who promised to follow up but he is also playing hide and sick.I sent this query to your social media platforms but also getting ignored there .Why would such a big bank be this *********** advising someone they won if that was not yet confirmed.Im sure that call was recorded .I need feedback regarding this matter please.
