Hi, i have been waiting months now for a voice recording on a conversation where i was told one thing for my credit card but having to pay another amount,,,, I have been promised the recorded conversation would be sent down to the East London Branch but nothing yet??? Is it because i am right and you just delaying in order to get money from me? This is heavy *****. This needs to be put out there for people to be aware as this is not right

21 May 2021, 12:36So i am still waiting, std bank still not phoning me, giving me feedback this is outrageously disgusting and so unprofessional. and now i understand why so many people leave this bank for other banks as they are way more professional. I need to be contacted about money that is being over charged,,, perhaps because its easy to just take money from people and not solve the problem, seems like its very ******* ***
