False Evaluation report

I app**** for the Home loan and it was approved and sent to the registration attorneys. the attorneys are asking to me renovate the house before registration but when i called the bank they're not aware of such. I received a call from an arrogant Evaluator (Mr S Booi) who **** and said he entered the property whereas the keys are with the seller. he submitted a false report and i have a proof of Compliance for both water and Electricity. kindly assist
