false Credit rating

I am a Prestige banker at Standard Bank and is very unhappy and they are rating my credit very low for months now and I am not a bad payer or anything. I have a credit card and pays 100% every month off. They are ignoring me now from October and I cant get hold of senior managers that can sort this out between difrent departments. They are making my name bad and my next steps is to get a lawyer involved because they can't resolve it and I have proof that I don't have anything against my name or a bad record. I have also reference numbers that I can use for my defence. I have tried everything. In all departments and its lying at Charmaine Barnard at Car finance and she also can't help me to escalate this matter. Please can anyone help me. I am moving banks and I am not going to leave this here. I also want this to go to the papers.
