False blacklisting

I am highly annoyed with this pathetic bank. 4/5years ago I was hand delivered a credit card with no enquiry or intention of the credit card. After all this time they start calling and demanding I pay the service charges of R1124.00 and after refusing to pay it they handed me to itc. With that they said the problem was resolved and it was a fault of theirs but yet my name is still at the credit bureau and the guy I spoke to said it's not but the credit bureau says in still listed. I want my name removed from them as I am denied credit from everybody because of their stupidity and dishonesty. If nothing is done about I will be taking legal action against standard bank. They are so quick to slander people but when it is their fault they take their time to correct it.
