False advertising

So far I have had emails from two people, and phone calls from three. Only one of these communications was related to the actual problem, the others were attempts to sell me other products or to address non-existent problems like "how to link your new card to your profile". The one that actually understood the problem gathered some information and I have not heard back from him. In addition to the other useless communication, I am suddenly receiving a lot of spam calls, from other sources, related to financial products. Clearly Standard bank took my information and sold it on. I advise all readers to steer clear of Standard bank if you are considering any of their services or products. I use a few other financial institutions and Standard bank ranks worst for new customers by a long way.
