**** RCP ACCOUNT RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE

I've had a Standard Bank RCP loan reflecting on ITC/ Experian since July 2019 which I do not have and impacting negatively on credit record. At first I thought it was my Overdraft plus interest but I've long closed my Overdraft and this account is still there, showing a full credit balance of R83k. I've called Prestige Banking, Legal Department, Collections but NOBODY wants to assist in clearing this up with ITC. When I called Experian, they said Standard Bank should correct. I want to get a bond, bit this **** account, which is showing missed payments is messing my credit score. I've been a client all my life and it's disheartening to see that my Bank is RUINING my credit record
