FAIS Accreditation

I was previously employed by Standard Bank South Africa and in 2016 we had to comply with FAIS credits and training was provided. I have since called the People First department to help me verify my credits but was told that because they changed systems they are unable to retrieve my credits. I'm now being considered for a role at Standard Bank and have been asked for those credits. Please assist me. Even if my application is not successful with Standard Bank atleast may I get the certification from Standard Bank to allow me to seek other opportunities. Also, the FCSA does not have a record of my credits. I really need clarity and assistance.
