Failure to settle on specified items - SIL

Standard Insurance Limited strong arm tactics in settling claims. vehicle was broken into and items ******. The items ****** were specified items and items covered under general all risk.
The value of general all risk items less the co-payment was paid into my account. The camera which I purchased for R8990.00 was insured for R9500.00. SIL refused to replace the camera as they stated it was under insured. So they paid me the value of R9500.00
The computer which was insured for R9000.00 they were going to replace with an inferior unit which SIL claims is better than the unit I had. They finally agreed to give me a voucher for R7550.00 for an item that was specified for R9000.00.
The Tab 3 that not initially replace from a service provider, sought an alternative provider to replace the unit. I requested from SIL that either SIL or the service provider accept responsibility for transporting the item in the event of repairs which they initially agreed to but don't want to commit to. I subsequently requested they pay me the value of R7500.00 it is insured for and they refuse. SIL want to settle on R6000.00. When it suits SIL they will pay out or replace items. No consistency .
