Failure to remove the debt review status under my profile

I was under debt review. I exited debt review as the court declared me not over indebted and my consent order was rescinded. I was issued with 17.w(d) by my debt counsellor as an indication that I have completed the debt review process. NCR updated the NCR DHS to status G and the debt review status was removed from my credit report. On the 6th of June 2023 I sent an email to *** and *** and copied *** informing Standard Bank to update their systems to reflect that I am no longer under debt review. Standard Bank responded on 11 June 2023 stating that they won’t update my records and I will remain under debt review with them. So who are they to think that they are above the law. This is a serious ************** and a violation of the National Credit Act which clearly states that the debt review information must be expunged once I have exited debt review. I am really disappointed with this bank and I cannot wait to move all my business to another bank as I am really not happy with the service that I am getting from this bank.
