Failure to issue a paid up letter and update bureau records
I was offered a settlement after defaulting on my account a year ago. After the several attempts to get the debt collecting company to assist, I tried to reach out to standard bank to get a paid up letter and have the bureau updated. The agents/representatives sent me from pillar to post.
