Failure to deliver

Hi <br> <br> Standard bank is one of my favorite banks in South Africa this is because there aim is help people and business move forward. <br> Another aspect I love about standard bank is their passion for AFRICA as seen in your adverts. However what puzzles me is that I have MasterCard from standard bank, and I'm sure your aware how ineffective a MasterCard is when you travel or perform basic online transactions. I have been trying for weeks on end to have it changed to a VISA card. <br> I tried getting a card at your branch in south dale then I was told to go to branch with forex, I then went to Sandton city yesterday and they were giving mestory of how they can't get me a Visa card. Can you please organize for me to collect one Wednesday 16th December at your Rosebank branch. <br> <br> We live in an ever increasing modern world where MasterCard is obsolete. <br> <br> Don't give me excuses I expect results.
