Failure to close off account
I paid off my advance loan on the 3rd of September 2022 and sent an email requesting a settlement letter. I did not receive any feedback, today the 27th of September 2022 R2850 was debited off my account. The amount that was not budgeted for and now i am short of R2850, worse I tried calling standard bank for my refund but not getting through.Can standard bank refund me my R2850 and close off that account as per my request and issue me with a settlement letter.
