Failure / delay in repairing my roof

My name is Sidney Ntuli,ID NO:***,residing at 627 Christaller Street,Moreleta Park,Pretoria.<br> I lodged a storm water damage claim in February 2014 which was fixed in August 2014.During the summer rains in November the same year,I notice that the roof is still leaking at the same place where the initial leakage and repairs were done.<br> <br> I called the STD Bank Insurance and spoke Neville,Thulo and a few other consultants,who sent in the previous contractor.<br> <br> The contractor gave a report that the leakage was not related to their work.I therefore insisted that the bank send an independent agent.A bank agent came and confirmed my story.<br> I have been making follow-ups since March 2015 and every time I call,am told they are still waiting for the contractor.<br> <br> I made another call in April,May,June,the same story was told.Additionally,the consultants promised to get back to me but nobody does.<br> <br> I believe that a lot of time has been wasted on promises and the roof is degenerating to a state that other parts of the roof which were not part of the initial repairs,are also affected.<br> <br> The relief I am looking for is that Std bank Insurance must send a different contractor to do repairs.
