Failed my own security test 3 times!??

I just failed 3 sets of security questions over the phone while trying to report ********** activities on my account... after I had to wait more than 10 minutes before and operator answered. If this is the "security" they offer I cannot bank with them any longer. So they are giving the hackers more time to ***** my money! I need to know why I failed, maybe someone else is using my ID...
