Failed by my long trusting bank
I have app**** for student loan and got stuck because the systis rejecting the postal adress. Nobody in Standard Bank is prepared to assist. The customer care says I should go to the branch, the branch has done all they could but still no assistance from student loan section. I have also sent emails but nobody is responding.
