Hi I would like to commend the fabulous service that I recieved from Vathiswa, the branch manager at Gugulethu Square. She turned a unpleasant situation into a bearable one. She was patient, empathetic and open. She went the extra mile to ensure that I was full informed. Thank you and keep up the excellent service
