F pathetic

Geyserpipe in roof burst on 14/06/20. Spent all my airtime trying to log a claim on 14/06/20. Spent another load of money on airtime on 15/06/20 to get a claim number with the promise of someone will contact me shortly. Spent more money to follow up on 24/06/20 with the promise that someone will contact me shortly. Spent more money to follow up on 25/06/20, someone from what seem like plumbing company contacted me just before 16h00 making an appointment for Friday 26/06/20 to inspect burst copper pipe and collect R1250 in excess funds. I'm not a plumber but I could surely do the entire pipe repair for less than R1250! And when they come to repair the ceiling I'd be expected to pay whoever's doing the job another excess of who knows what!? Really F pathetic and a lack of management to pay a service provider thousands for a small job and no regard for people's wellbeing or financial problems during this corona ***! All of the above whist it's freezing weather and I have a 19 month old baby in house!! F pathetic!!
