EYETHU MALL SERVICE CENTER
The worst kind of customer experience the stuff at Eyethu Mall service centre ,have little to no regard for clients. A cleaner a nun banking member will ask you what you want in the bank with the instruction of the consultants. The shortage in occupancy 2 people servicing over 100 clients with different queries. I moved to Standard bank 2 days and I already feel I made the worst mistake ever.
You spend 2 hours in line and then when your finaly seated and they tell you their offline because it's close to lunch or knock off time this is such a bad service really a bad reflection on standard bank.
