Extremly terrible

Extremly terrible. The greenstone branch is appalling. The consultants there are never around or viable to assist. Forever on lunch. They are slow and they don't know what they are doing half the time. I just wonder what kind of meetings have they had in making sure their service is efficient. They have lost alot of clients today because we were all siting for hours with no one attending to us.. Yet there are consultants working.. I doubt they are under staffed because is keep seeing there walking all over as if we have all the time in the world. Very disatisfying service
