Extremely unprofessional service

The deceased estates section of standard bank is extremely unprofessional, do not answer calls or respond to emails specifically the following individuals. Zola Mbatha, Ellen Nel and Danie Du Toit. I have been trying to get paper for my deceased husbands 2 cars since November 2020 and they said they would courier them and nothing happened, after almost 20 emails no responses either. Last week after calling constantly for 2 hours I finally got hold of Zola and assurances were given that the papers will be ready for me to collect today, I sent an email to confirm and that was ignored. I then finally after calling more than 20 times got hold of Danie du Toit just to be told that the women that needs to sign the papers will not be in this week.
