Extremely unprofessional Bad service
zero rating you guys don't deserve 1 star..pathetic service I app**** for a loan from my cell ph banking app I never received a contract after concluding the loan telephonically no details was disclosed pertaining to a debit order hence me taking the initiative by manually paying... Then a deduction goes off as well as a payment received it's been 2 weeks now standard Bank has still not refunded me!!!!! I have escalated the matter to the team leader Oscar and have little faith in this bank I have been banking with standard bank since I started my career and this is the ****ty service u get It is bad... Numerous phone calls holding on for hours, I have been made empty promises over and over Pathetic I will certainly be changing banks after 20yrs of banking with you guys
